Help us prevent fly tipping in your Bathroom renovation skip
Unapproved waste may delay skip collection or cause extra charges. It has been known for fly tipping to occur in the skip when it is outside of your home.
There are numerous items that could mean your skip will not be collected or additional charges levied to you if it is filled with products that are not from your bathroom. If this happens you would need to remove the items from the skip and report the fly tipping to your local council to arrange collection of the items.
We would ask for your support in being vigilant regarding this matter to help ensure that there are no delays to the removal of the skip, which would likely cause an inconvenience to yourself. It could also result in you having items left with you that you will still need to dispose of. If the skip isn’t full after your renovation, you may be able to put in the skip other items that you would like to get rid of but you will need to check with the skip company to make sure the products can be skipped.
We have listed below the main unacceptable items from our skip company. This is not an exclusive list but should give you a good idea of what they will not take away or charge you for.
